Too many sign-in attempts, please wait a few minutes before trying again

After receiving that error, please wait 3-5 minutes before re-trying the YouTube publishing process again. If that error appears again after waiting for 3-5 minutes, please fully restart your computer before trying to publish to YouTube once more.
