If you received one or multiple charges from Descript and are unsure what it’s for, we’re here to help. This article discusses the various charges you may receive from Descript. Understanding and recognizing Descript charges

Please review your invoices and subscription details by logging into your Descript account. Check for any recent changes to your Plan (e.g., plan upgrades or add-ons) that may have affected your billing. You can see a list of recent and upcoming charges by viewing your invoice history. These charges may include:

• Subscriptions — Descript subscriptions renew automatically each month or year unless canceled.
• Drive members and additional transcription — Adding additional drive members or increasing your monthly transcription limit for your plan increases your subscription cost. These charges will be itemized on your subscription invoice.

If you believe a charge is still incorrect or unintentional, contact support or reply to any open request with any additional details about the charge.
