Cancel a SquadCast subscription managed by Descript

If you subscribed to SquadCast through Descript, follow the steps in the Downgrading or canceling a subscription guide to update or cancel your plan.

Cancel a standalone SquadCast subscription

If your SquadCast subscription is managed directly through SquadCast, go to your Subscription settings and click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Permanently delete your SquadCast account information

To permanently delete your SquadCast account, contact support or reply to an existing request.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All media and data will be permanently removed, so be sure to download anything you'd like to keep before contacting support.
