You can enable or disable chat groups for your Show via the Advanced Show Settings. This will apply to all sessions for that Show. You will need to have a Show Manager role and above in order to access this setting.

How to enable or disable chat groups for a Show

  1. Select the Show on the left side of the Dashboard.
  2. In the top right corner, select the Show Settings button.
  3. Under the Advanced Show Settings section, select the toggle to the right of Enable Chat in Show Sessionsto enable or disable this feature. This feature is enabled by default.
  4. Select the Save Changesbutton in the top right corner. \
