The Edit in Descript flow opens a second browser tab so you can confirm the Drive destination. If a recording doesn’t import, a pop-up blocker stopping that tab is the most common reason. However, the Descript project doesn’t get created until the Create Project and Import Files button is clicked, even though you may see a ‘Successfully Created New Descript Project’ notification. If you’re not seeing the secondary tab open in your browser, please disable any pop-up blockers that may be enabled on your device or try using a different browser.
