When you burn through your monthly Media Minutes or AI Credits mid-project, top ups add more without upgrading your whole plan. Top ups are only available on Creator and Business plans, shared across all members of your Drive, and expire 12 months after purchase. Top up credits/minutes are only used after your monthly allowance has been exhausted. Looking to view your current usage? See Track and understand your Media minutes and AI Credits. Should I buy a top up or upgrade my plan?

Buy a top up if:
  • You’re experiencing a temporary spike in usage this month
  • You’re working on a time-sensitive project with a deadline
  • You want to avoid the long-term commitment of a higher monthly plan
Upgrade your plan if:
  • You consistently run out of Media Minutes or AI Credits monthly
  • You need additional resources beyond usage (such as more seats or storage)
  • You want to access premium features only available on higher-tier plans
Top ups roll over month-to-month for up to 1 year from purchase. They’re only used after you’ve exhausted your plan’s monthly Media Minutes and AI Credits. If you find yourself regularly purchasing top ups, upgrading to a plan with higher monthly limits will likely be more cost-effective. Keep in mind that Top Up purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
