Descript Rooms is a browser-based space for recording with others. It combines video conferencing and multi-participant recording in one experience with built-in roles, recording tools, and a direct connection to the Descript editor.
Descript Rooms supports up to 10 participants per session. Rooms recordings draw down your media minutes, but only for the total length of the session — not per participant. For example, a 1-hour session with 5 participants will use 60 media minutes, not 300.  Learn more about media minutes.

Rooms is not supported on mobile
Rooms isn't supported on mobile devices. If you bypass the mobile block, recordings may fail and we won't be able to troubleshoot or recover lost sessions. Use a desktop or laptop for any Rooms session that matters.
