When using the AI video maker, you may encounter placeholder scenes with the message "Custom prompt required" or "Image generation rejected based on content. Try again with a custom prompt." These are error placeholders that indicate missing or rejected media.

You can replace these placeholders with suitable images or videos by following the steps below.

Replacing Media Directly from the Placeholder

1. Click on the placeholder layer in the editor.
2. Click the "Add Media" button at the top.
3. Select a media source (e.g., upload from your computer or generate an image).
4. The new media will replace the error message in your video.
   

Using the Layer Panel

1. Click on the placeholder scene in your video timeline or preview.
2. Open the Layer Panel on the right side of the editor.
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the placeholder.
4. Select Replace Media and choose one of the options found there.
5. The new media will replace the error message in your video.
