Import SquadCast recordings directly Into Descript

Streamline your workflow by importing your SquadCast recordings directly into Descript - no downloading/re-uploading required!

Before using this feature

  • You need to be a SquadCast user with a recording ready for import.
  • Please note, that the Edit in Descript integration with SquadCast is in beta. If you run into issues importing files using Edit in Descript, please download the files to your computer and use the standard importing workflow.
  • Dolby Enhanced files, screen recordings, and cloud backups cannot be brought into Descript with the Edit in Descript integration. You will need to download those files and manually import them into Descript.
  1. Open your SquadCast Account Settings. You can enable Edit in Descript in the Integrations tab.
