If an automated invite is blocked by inbox security or not received, there is an alternative method for inviting team members to join an Organization. The alternative way to join an Organization after a team member has been invited is to navigate to our Signup page. 

After clicking the link, they must enter an email and password and agree to the Terms and Policies.

They should then be taken to a page with our plans shown. However, there will be a message at the bottom right of the page asking whether you can Accept or Reject the invite to your organization. Clicking Accept will take you to your organization’s Dashboard page without having to select a plan and check out.
