Need help? In-app Chat and ticket submission are accessible from the Learning Center (?) button in the lower-right corner of the desktop app. Click Contact Us to get answers from our Help Center assistant, and Get in touch when prompted to create a support ticket, or chat with a live agent during our Hours of Operation (listed below).

Support Hours of Operation
Descript Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, excepting some US Federal holidays.
