Due to browser limitations, each computer in a session can only support a single microphone input. This means that recording multiple microphone inputs on the same computer isn't possible; only one input will be captured.
If multiple participants are recording together from the same location, consider these options:
-
Share One Computer and Microphone
Gather around a single computer and use one microphone for all participants. This will create a single audio track capturing everyone’s voices, but individual tracks for each person aren’t possible with this setup. -
Use Separate Computers in Different Rooms
To avoid audio overlap and record each participant on a distinct track, have each person connect on a separate computer in a different room. This setup keeps each recording isolated and clear, with no risk of feedback.
Any participants joining remotely can connect as usual from their own computers, maintaining the single-mic-per-computer limit.
