How can I record with multiple microphones or cameras in SquadCast?

Due to browser limitations, each computer in a session can only support a single microphone input. This means that recording multiple microphone inputs on the same computer isn't possible; only one input will be captured.

If multiple participants are recording together from the same location, consider these options:

  1. Share One Computer and Microphone
Gather around a single computer and use one microphone for all participants. This will create a single audio track capturing everyone’s voices, but individual tracks for each person aren’t possible with this setup.

  2. Use Separate Computers in Different Rooms
To avoid audio overlap and record each participant on a distinct track, have each person connect on a separate computer in a different room. This setup keeps each recording isolated and clear, with no risk of feedback.

Any participants joining remotely can connect as usual from their own computers, maintaining the single-mic-per-computer limit.
