Web Browser Permissions

For SquadCast to access and record your microphone and camera, you must allow permissions to these devices in your web browser. In most web browsers, you only need to do this the first time you join a recording session.

1. Join a recording session as the Host or as a Guest.
2. Click the Get Started button.
3. Click the Allow button when prompted by your browser to grant SquadCast access to your microphone and camera. 

Resetting SquadCast's microphone and camera permissions

1. Navigate to any page within https://app.squadcast.fm.
2. Click the lock or settings icon to the left of the URL in your browser's address bar.
3. Toggle on permissions for the microphone and camera, reset permissions or open your site settings, and enable microphone and camera access for SquadCast. The interface varies depending on which browser you're using.
4. Refresh the page.
