Descript automatically creates backup files as you work. These backups can help you recover your content if a project becomes corrupted, fails to sync, or if edits go missing. You can also create a manual backup at any time to save a snapshot of your project in its current state.
This article covers:
How to view automatic backups

Create a manual backup

- Click the ☰ menu in the top-left corner, then select Help & feedback > Debug > Export project backup.
