With the Sequence Editor, you can select individual tracks within a sequence to include in your composition's combined script. This workflow is useful when working with sequences that contain multiple audio files of the same recording and/or mic bleed. Both can cause duplicate transcriptions.

Duplicate transcripts cause issues with script accuracy and with applying speaker labels. To correct this issue, we recommend selecting specific tracks for Descript to use in the combined script.

How to include or exclude individual sequence tracks:

1. Open the Sequence Editor. 
2. Select the track you want to include or exclude from your script.
3. Select the ··· icon in the top right corner and choose to Remove from script or Include in script.
