Adding billing details and tax ID to your account

You can add custom billing details, such as your company’s address or tax ID, to your Descript account. This information will appear on your downloadable invoices and receipts.

To ensure your billing details and tax ID are included on your invoices, you can add them to your account at any time, even after subscribing. These details will automatically apply to future invoices and will also retroactively update your previous invoices.

  1. Open your account settings by:
  2. Select Edit next to Billing info.

  3. A Stripe (our billing service) web page will open in your default browser. Add or edit any billing information to your account.

  4. Once you've added your billing info, select Save at the bottom of the page.
