Support Hours of Operation
Descript Customer Support is available via email Monday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, except for some US federal holidays.
Does Descript offer phone support?
Not at this time, but feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.
Does Descript offer Chat support?
For users with an active paid subscription, live chat support is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. To access live chat, you must be logged in to your account either on the web version or desktop version of Descript. See: Access the Help Center in-app. Please note that support is available in English.
