When you apply a transition to a scene, it will affect all of that scene’s media. Keep in mind that you can only have one transition per scene boundary.
Adding a scene transition
- Select the scene’s thumbnail.
- Select the Transitions + icon in the Transitions section of the Scene panel.
- Choose to add a transition at the start (In) or end (Out) of the scene, and choose the transition you want to add.
Adjusting a scene transition’s properties
Once you’ve applied a transition at a scene boundary, you can adjust the transition’s properties from the Scene panel.
- Select the scene’s thumbnail.
- Select
next to the transition in the Transitions section of the Scene panel to view and adjust the transition properties.
