Change my billing cycle

Switching between monthly or annual billing

  1. Sign into your account from the app or the web, then select your profile picture in the top right corner of the Drive view.
  2. Select Settings icon Settings.
  3. Select the Subscription tab. If you have multiple drives, make sure you select the drive you wish to update.
  4. Select Edit next to the Subscription line.
  5. Click the Billing cycle dropdown to choose between paying Monthly or Annually.
  6. Select Update in the bottom right corner of the window. The scheduled billing change will happen at the end of your current billing cycle.
