Reset your account password

You can reset your password from the login page.

  1. Click Don't remember your password?
  2. Enter the account email address.
  3. Press the arrow button below to continue.
  4. Check your account email's inbox for an email titled "Reset your password" from no-reply@auth-mail.descript.com.
  5. Open the email, and click Reset Password.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password, then press the arrow below.

Change your account password

You can update your password from your account settings.

  1. Sign into your account from the app or the web, then select your profile picture in the top right corner of the Drive view.
  2. Select Settings icon Settings.
  3. Click Change password.
  4. Select Send.
  5. Check your account email's inbox for an email titled "Reset your password" from no-reply@auth-mail.descript.com.
  6. Open the email, and click Reset Password.
  7. Enter and confirm your new password, then press the arrow button below.

How to Log Out from All Devices

To ensure your account's security, you might want to log out from all devices where you're currently signed in. This process helps protect your account, especially if you've used shared or public devices. Follow the steps below to log out from all active sessions.

  1. Sign into your account from the app or the web, then select your profile picture in the top right corner of the Drive view.
  2. Select Settings icon Settings.
  3. Go to the Profile tab in the settings window.
  4. Scroll down to Manage apps connected to your account.
  5. Click Cancel access to logout of all instances for that app. Note once access is canceled, you may have to wait for your previous authentication to expire. In some cases, this can take up to an hour.
