# Export Individual Sequence Tracks as Mono Files

> Solo each track in a sequence and export it as a separate mono file to isolate speakers, music, or voiceover.

Need each voice, the music, and the voiceover as separate audio files? Export each track in your sequence as its own mono file.

<Note>
  **Need help opening the Sequence Editor?**

  To open the Sequence Editor, right-click a sequence in the timeline or press `Shift + Command + O` (Mac) / `Shift + Ctrl + O`(Windows). [Learn more about using the Sequence Editor](/script-editing/sequence-editor)
</Note>

1. Open your multitrack sequence in the [Sequence Editor](/script-editing/sequence-editor)
2. Select the track you want to export, then click the **S** (solo) icon next near the top of the right-hand sidebar.
3. Exit the Sequence Editor by pressing `Esc` or clicking the **Done** button.
4. Go to **File > Export** and [choose your export format](/export-and-share/export-and-publishing-overview). Descript will export only the currently soloed track as a mono audio file.
5. Repeat this process for all other tracks in your sequence.
